About the role
You will manage end-to-end HR functions and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
This is a hands-on position that requires a strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and office administration in a dynamic small business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process (job postings, interviews, offers, induction).
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Support office administrative functions (office supplies, vendor coordination)
- Assist with facility management (cleanliness, equipment, basic IT coordination)
- Support store to ensure staff equipped with in-depth product knowledge
- Manage travel arrangements for staff overseas training.
- Support management with documentation, reports, and filing.
- Support store operation/administraton as and when needed by the Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a small or mid-sized company.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
