About the Role
We are seeking an ILS / RAM Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) of complex systems and equipment.
You will collaborate closely with project teams to develop and implement Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) strategies that enhance system sustainability and long-term performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement ILS Plans: Create and maintain integrated logistics support plans in line with project and customer requirements.
- Reliability Analysis: Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability analyses, including Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
- Supportability Analysis: Evaluate systems for maintainability and ease of support.
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and execute maintenance strategies to ensure system uptime and operational efficiency.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as maintenance manuals, publications, and logistics data repositories.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, logistics, and procurement teams to integrate ILS and RAM activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track system performance and recommend corrective actions where needed.
- Customer Support: Provide technical training and support to customers and end-users.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Ability to interpret electronic and mechanical designs and identify maintenance task requirements.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience as an ex-regular in the Defence Force or in defence-related projects will be an advantage.
- Singaporean only.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $3, $5,500.00 per month
