Position Summary:
As a Senior Implementation Analyst at Orchestrade, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of our platform for both new and existing clients.
This highly visible position demands a unique blend of robust technical acumen, exceptional client-facing communication abilities, and proven project management skills.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a deep understanding of our solutions.
You will translate complex client business requirements into precise system configurations, driving client success and satisfaction and guiding clients through every stage of their journey with Orchestrade.
Responsibilities
Full Lifecycle Project Leadership:
Take ownership and provide expert leadership for the entire client implementation lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, user training, and go-live.
Strategic Client Collaboration:
Build strong client relationships, understand their business processes and objectives, identify pain points, and spot opportunities for optimization.
Functional Specification Development:
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and precise system configurations aligned with client expectations and capabilities.
Platform Configuration & Customization:
Configure and customize the Orchestrade platform to meet client needs, ensuring performance, usability, and seamless integration.
Comprehensive Training & Enablement:
Design, develop, and deliver training sessions for client users and administrators.
Rigorous Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing and resolve issues to ensure a reliable deployment.
Post-Implementation Support & Guidance:
Provide ongoing support and guidance during the post-implementation phase.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Stay current on new features and industry best practices to provide up-to-date insights to clients and internal teams.
Methodology & Tool Enhancement:
Contribute to the development of implementation methodologies, templates, and documentation.
Cross-Functional Teamwork:
Collaborate with sales, product development, and client solution teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing:
Mentor junior analysts and share knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Implementation Experience:
At least 3 years in software implementation, technical consulting, or a similar client-facing role with a track record of successful projects.
Portfolio Management Systems:
Hands-on experience implementing portfolio management systems and understanding of financial instruments, trading workflows, and risk management concepts.
Technical Acumen:
Knowledge of databases (SQL), API integrations, and data migration strategies.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication and ability to articulate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
Project Management Aptitude:
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency with Visual Studio, familiarity with JIRA/Azure DevOps, and issue-ticketing systems.
Travel Flexibility:
Ability to travel to client sites as needed, typically up to 25% of time.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification:
PMP certification.
Programming Experience:
Practical experience with C# and Python scripting.
Agile Methodologies:
Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
