This is a
newly created position
within the organisation as part of its digital transformation journey.
The company is embarking on an enterprise-wide initiative to implement
SAP , with the first module (FICO – Finance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in
driving ERP implementation , ensuring smooth integration between systems, and supporting continuous digital growth post-launch.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the
SAP module implementation , working closely with Finance, IT, and external consultants.
Serve as the
main project owner
overseeing all stages — from requirement gathering, UAT, go-live support, to post-implementation maintenance.
Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HODs) and key stakeholders to define functional needs and deliver digital solutions aligned with business goals.
Coordinate with vendors and consultants to ensure timely project delivery and quality assurance.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously enhance the ERP system after go-live.
Contribute ideas to further the organization’s
digitalization roadmap
and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum
5–7 years of experience
in ERP system implementation and management.
Solid understanding of
Finance processes
— Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Bank Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
Proven
project management
experience, including vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage user expectations and build cross-departmental relationships.
Organized, analytical, and self-driven with excellent documentation discipline.
