Job Description
Job Description Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and senior advisor for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Provide end-to-end management of the Dynamics environment, including implementation, customization, integration, upgrades, and support.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Lead workshops with stakeholders to define processes and ensure business alignment.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams to design, test, and deploy system enhancements and integrations.
Monitor and manage the end-user IT environment, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
Provide technical support and training to end users, including troubleshooting issues and documenting solutions.
Ensure compliance with IT governance, change control, and security policies.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners or support teams as needed.
Lead or contribute to strategic IT initiatives, digital transformation projects, and process improvement efforts.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in IT consulting or support, with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Proven experience in both functional and technical aspects of Dynamics (e.g., configuration, customization, scripting, workflows, Power Platform).
Solid understanding of end-user IT environments including hardware, software, identity management, and collaboration tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
