Senior IT Engineer, Identity & Access Management
Design, integrate, maintain, and optimize IAM processes such as joiner, mover, and leaver workflows
Participate in the development and implementation of a system-independent role concept to improve authorization management
Assist in gathering and assessment of new requirements
Defines the needs and coordinates external support in his/her area
Provide 24x7 Level 2 & 3 support for the proper operation of the IAM solution
Work with other IT teams towards the common goal to minimize system response time and maximize system availability
Documentation of requirements and coordination of enhancements in the assigned area
Plan, coordinate and conduct training for assigned applications
Work with other departments for productivity enhancements, error / cost reductions and other improvement projects as and when needed
Any other ad-hoc assigned.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or IT or relevant fields.
5 years of working experience in Identity and Access Management
Training opportunity in Germany to familiarize with the processes
A good team player with good communication skills and able to work independently
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID
