Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform First level & Second level technical support for user's desktops and laptops
- Manage and support IT Infrastructure including Windows Servers / Network routers & switches / MFP Printers / Desktops & Laptops
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software incidents, including database, network, and Windows system issues.
- Log and track user support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up until closure.
- Communicate root causes to users and provide preventive or corrective guidance.
- Maintain solid working knowledge of POS systems and daily operations.
- Create and configure new joiner accounts in Active Directory (AD).
- Prepare and issue laptops for new hires, providing instructions for Office 365 sign-in and setup.
- Configure Roadshow equipment—POS terminals, bank terminals, printers, and laptops—assist with onsite setup, and remain on standby to ensure successful transactions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT or related principles
- Min 2-4 years hand-on working experience in end-user support (hardware & software) environment;
- Knowledge in EMC SAN Storage is desirable
- Good team player and enthusiastic
- Self-initiator on performing tasks
- Resourceful and responsive
