We are seeking a Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Manager to lead the organisation's total rewards, HRIS, and outsourced payroll operations.
This role will design and implement competitive compensation and benefits frameworks, oversee payroll vendor management, and drive HRIS optimisation to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review C&B policies, salary benchmarking, and annual review/bonus cycles.
- Lead C&B budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning analysis.
- Oversee outsourced payroll to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely statutory reporting.
- Manage employee benefits programs and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions.
- Drive HRIS management, upgrades, integrations, and reporting for data-driven insights.
- Support M&A integration of C&B, payroll, and HRIS processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, statutory requirements, and data privacy standards.
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in C&B, payroll vendor management, and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of statutory regulations (CPF, IRAS, MOM) is essential.
