As a Senior Manager, Customer Success, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by overseeing adoption, value realization, and renewals.
You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute strategies that improve customer satisfaction to drive expansion and advocacy.
