Responsibilities:
Refine and execute the Global Operations communications strategy across regions and teams.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to amplify key initiatives.
Create and deliver clear, audience-focused messaging through multiple channels (newsletters, town halls, internal platforms).
Support communications during organizational changes or incidents with transparency and empathy.
Manage and optimize internal communication channels to enhance engagement and consistency.
Must Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in executive, internal, or external communications within global technology companies
Proven track record managing communication and change management programs
Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Executive presence and confidence working with senior leaders
Experience working with global or distributed teams
High attention to detail, discretion, and professional judgment
Experience in data center / energy / technology industries is a plus
