The Senior Manager, Integration Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing the architecture to support the company's business strategy and objectives.
This combined role requires a deep understanding of enterprise systems, integration strategies, and best practices in architecture frameworks.
The successful candidate will ensure that the enterprise's IT infrastructure is scalable, secure, and aligned with the company's business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integration strategies to ensure seamless communication between disparate systems and applications.
- Lead and manage global or cross-functional teams of developers and integration managers to deliver integration objectives.
- Develop integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and other technologies to enable efficient data flow.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and platforms into the existing IT environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to establish integration best practices and standards.
- Cross-collaborate with Product, Business, Infrastructure and IT Security teams to drive architectural, operational changes and delivery success.
- Create comprehensive documentation for enterprise architecture, integration designs, and related processes.
- Establish clear accountability for deliverables and maintain proper governance forums and cadences.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, integration architecture, or a related role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies and platforms
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience in Mulesoft Cloudhub, AnyPoint Platform and Runtime Fabric is advantageous
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with agile delivery is a plus.
