[What the role is]
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team.[What you will be working on]
• Manage strategic stakeholder relationships and implement engaging events to meet fundraising objectives and enhance long-term giving potential.
• Conceptualise and deliver high-impact engagement programmes and events, and innovative fundraising initiatives to strengthen donor relationships, expand donor base, and enhance stakeholder experiences.
• Manage end-to-end event planning, including committee management, budgeting, vendor management, and partnership development to secure donations.
• Spearhead the development of creative fundraising approaches and solutions to identify, engage and convert prospective partners, drive growth in charitable giving, conducting regular reviews to optimise effectiveness.
• Build and nurture sustainable partnerships with key stakeholders to maximise value creation through events and engagement activities.
• Collaborate across Community Chest and NCSS teams to maximise impact and create synergies.
• Coordinate secretariat functions and maintain strategic partnerships to ensure sustainable fundraising outcomes.
Additional Requirements:
Flexibility to work weekday evenings and weekends as required for event support

Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) also an advantage.
Experience & Special Certification(s):
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in fundraising campaigns, marketing and events, or a related role
• Experience in event and account management with strong stakeholder management skills
• 3P sector coordination and event management experience an added advantage.
• Some understanding of fundraising processes and requirements.
