Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Create value to the organisation by developing analytics and metrics to help management gain better insights into the organisation
- Lead and manage forecasting and budgeting processes and year end closing activities
- Prepare monthly management reports and business presentation
- Monitor business KPIs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve performance
- Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
Business Partnering:
- Establish strong working relationships with business divisions and funders
- Collaborate with divisions to drive budget accuracy through financial performance review and providing analysis of key variances
- Continually assess opportunities to foster strong partnerships with divisions
Finance and IT Projects:
- Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives (e.g. reporting tools and dashboards)
- Continuous improvement of internal finance processes and policies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from a recognized University
- Minimum 10 years of finance experience, at least 3-5 years in FP&A or Finance Business Partner role with supervisory responsibilities
- People focused leader, encouraging team growth and development
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management
- Adaptable to changes and creative mindset to drive improvements in financial processes
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (lookup, pivot tables etc.) and PowerPoint
- Experience in ERP systems, Power BI or financial planning tools is advantageous
