Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's operational functions to ensure alignment with strategic goals, departmental objectives, and customer expectations.
This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement across logistics, inventory, staffing, and project execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all organizational operations
- Improve performance, productivity, and efficiency across departments
- Ensure procedures are cost-effective, timely, and compliant with specifications and quality standards
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control
- Manage dead and slow-moving stock
- Coordinate with HQ on inventory planning and reporting
Team Leadership & Staff Development
- Provide leadership and motivation to teams to achieve production goals
- Recruit, train, and orient new employees
- Coach, counsel, and appraise staff performance
- Maintain respectful and professional relationships with both senior and junior staff
Policy & Process Implementation
- Develop and implement new operational policies and procedures
- Establish office standards and procedures; monitor results and adjust as needed
- Facilitate ongoing and effective communication between departments
- Maintain regular coordination with HQ and global teams
Documentation & Records Management
- Define procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of record
- Collaborate with sales on project planning and execution from an operational perspective
- Ensure customer requirements are met through effective operational support

Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in operations management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum: Diploma in a relevant discipline with substantial operational experience
Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in material management, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Industry experience in manufacturing or semiconductor sectors is advantageous
- At least 5 years in a managerial role with expertise in business process planning, forecasting, and team leadership
- Significant Experience in operating ERP – Preferably SAP system, for all operation relevant fields
