What you will be working on:
You will be involved in the implementation of a comprehensive stakeholder engagement framework to strengthen URA's stakeholder engagement capabilities and support our policy and planning objectives.
Working closely with internal departments, you will conduct stakeholder analysis, design targeted engagement strategies to achieve desired outcomes, and oversee liaison with MND on stakeholder data consolidation and management.You will be responsible for establishing systematic approaches to stakeholder management, ensuring alignment between engagement efforts and organisational priorities, and building internal competencies in stakeholder engagement.
This position requires maintaining awareness of stakeholder engagement trends and methodologies, developing a deep understanding of URA’s stakeholder landscape, and leveraging data analysis to generate insights that inform engagement strategies.You will also support broader outreach initiatives, including coordinating programmes and partnering volunteers to extend URA's reach.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is Singapore's national land use planning authority.
URA prepares long term strategic plans, as well as detailed local area plans, for physical development, and then co-ordinates and guides efforts to bring these plans to reality.
