We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Analytics to join the Product Analytics team and help deliver exceptional experiences.
The Product Analytics team collaborates with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to influence product direction.
Based in Singapore and Berlin, the team works with analytics engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to share knowledge and drive impact.
Responsibilities
- Product OKRs & Metrics: Define what good looks like by establishing a product metric framework and quarterly OKRs.
- Tracking & QA: Identify user behaviours to track and collaborate with engineers on implementation and QA.
- ETL & Reporting: Build data pipelines and self-service dashboards.
- Experimentation: Enable a learning culture and iterative product development through sound AB testing.
- Exploratory Analysis: Draw insights to drive product strategy and roadmap, quantifying problem spaces and feature impact.
As the Senior Product Analytics Manager for the Growth Team, you will lead analytics that drive critical customer and order growth initiatives from the product side.
You will partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and business teams to shape the strategy and roadmap for growth levers (incentives, loyalty programs, subscriptions, and acquisition channels).
Your scope includes both consumer-facing platforms (app and web) and internal tools used by marketing teams and strategic partners.
Your insights will influence how we attract, engage, and retain users at scale.
Your main responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Delivery Management: Set up effective processes, prioritize tasks, plan resources, review deliverables, and resolve issues to ensure high-quality, timely output.
- Strategic Partnership & Influence: Partner with product leadership to shape strategy, develop hypotheses, and drive outcomes.
Foster experimentation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Collaborate with senior product and business stakeholders, navigate priorities, and align across functions to enable informed trade-offs.
- Data Strategy & Foundations: Contribute to instrumentation, experiment platform, data quality, and self-serve analytics in partnership with data foundation and engineering teams.
- Team Development & Coaching: Lead and mentor analysts and a junior manager to build a high-performing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or related field, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in statistics, understanding of statistical tests and causal inference; hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests at scale.
- Deep SQL expertise and proficiency with analytical tools (Python, R, dbt, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience working with large-scale user data (transactional, clickstream, etc.).
- Proven ability to translate insights into strategic business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and presenting to executives.
- Proven track record of leading and developing analytics teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience in growth-focused consumer tech or platform businesses (marketplaces, delivery, fintech, mobility).
- Experience in strategy roles or projects within consulting, technology, retail, or related industries.
- Experience with modern data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and data governance best practices.
