Overview: We are looking for a visionary leader to head our Product and Marketing team, driving strategic direction, innovation, and execution across multiple portfolios.
This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
The Senior Manager will shape product strategies, oversee marketing initiatives, and build high-value partnerships that create compelling propositions for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the vision and long‑term strategy for product and marketing functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Deliver holistic, integrated, and innovative marketing strategies for lending growth to deepen and profitably grow customer relationships.
- Drive organizational priorities, ensuring timely delivery of projects without compromising quality.
- Oversee product portfolio strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management.
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer insights.
- Ensure robust governance and compliance across product processes and operations.
- Own P&L for the product and marketing division, including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability optimization.
- Develop integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and drive acquisition and engagement.
- Oversee campaign planning, creative development, and performance measurement.
- Champion data‑driven decision‑making to optimize marketing ROI and customer experience.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key brands, merchants, and service providers.
- Lead the creation of differentiated, high‑value propositions in collaboration with partners to enhance customer offerings.
- Represent the organization in external negotiations and partnership discussions.
- Collaborate closely with internal risk and credit teams for targeting, product offering, and customer behaviour insights to support and grow lending revenue.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to drive lending engagement and develop test and learn curriculum to drive organic growth through targeted initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and market trends.
- Influence cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and resource optimisation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in product management and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in driving business growth and leading high‑performing teams.
