Job Description
The Senior Manager, Sales is part of the Sales Team that focuses on achieving sales targets and increasing revenue and market shares for a portfolio of more than 10 serviced residences in Singapore.
He or she will report to the Cluster Director, Sales.
Develop and implement sales strategies to align with the Company’s direction and growthMaintain existing business accounts and develop new accounts through aggressive and creative sales and marketing programsNegotiate contracts with major corporate accountsConduct sales presentations to our prospective clientsRepresent Ascott in promotional events and trade showsAssure coordination with the Revenue Management and Global Sales functions Conduct benchmarks and market analysisJob Requirements
The candidate should possess the following:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or an equivalentAt least between 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industryGood spoken and written EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and ExcelConfident, good organisational and people development skillsOutgoing personality and positive work attitudeIndependent and an excellent team playerAnalytical skillsGood negotiation skills and willing to learn attitudeSuitable and more experienced candidates may be considered for Assistant Director, Sales positionBenefits
