Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering – Mambu

As a Senior Manager for Solutions Engineering, you will lead the APAC region’s Presales team, partnering with Sales Directors to accelerate customer acquisition and shape the go‐to‐market strategy for core banking and fintech solutions.
What You’ll Do
Lead and Mentor: Manage, coach, and develop the APAC Solutions Engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Drive GTM Strategy: Partner with the Market Sales Director to define and execute the go‐to‐market strategy for the APAC region, ensuring tight alignment between sales and presales functions.
Strategic Deal Support: Provide senior oversight and hands‐on support for the most complex and strategic deals, ensuring our solutions are positioned effectively to solve customer challenges.
Opportunity Qualification: Implement rigorous deal qualification processes to focus on opportunities that align with Mambu’s product capabilities and strategic goals.
Executive Engagement: Build strong relationships with C‐level executives and key technical stakeholders at prospective and existing customers.
Cross‐Functional Alignment: Act as the key liaison between the APAC field teams and global functions (Product, Partners, Marketing) to ensure field feedback informs our global strategy.
Operational Excellence: Own performance metrics, forecasting, and operational cadence for the regional team to ensure efficiency and predictability.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in a senior leadership role managing a regionally‐based sales or presales team within core banking, digital banking platforms, payments, or related fintech products.
Strong track record of selling complex technology solutions to incumbent banks and large financial institutions across APAC.
Deep expertise navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple technical and executive stakeholders.
Significant experience in financial services, especially core banking, retail banking, or SME banking segments.
Demonstrated ability to build and execute a go‐to‐market strategy in a high‐growth environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, able to act as a credible advisor to senior business and technology leaders.
