Key Responsibilities
Plan and run campaigns to increase brand awareness across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
Build our online presence through creative storytelling and engaging content.
Stay updated on beauty and personal care trends to keep the brand relevant.
Digital Marketing & Ads
Manage paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and Google with a focus on reach, engagement, and visibility.
Test different ideas, improve performance, and share results.
Use analytics tools to measure brand awareness and audience growth.
Content & Creative Briefs
Prepare
clear content briefs
for the graphic designer and creative team (key message, style, deliverables, deadlines).
Work with designers and editors to make sure all content fits the brand’s aesthetic.
Review visuals and copy to maintain consistency across all platforms.
Influencer & Community Marketing
Partner with influencers and creators to boost brand credibility and visibility.
Encourage user-generated content (UGC) to build stronger connections with consumers.
Support online community engagement and growth.
Teamwork & Collaboration
Work with product and management teams to align campaigns with brand direction.
Share insights and suggestions on improving brand presence.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of digital marketing experience
in
beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or FMCG industries .
Proven track record running awareness campaigns and managing digital ads.
Keen eye for aesthetics and branding , with a strong sense of what appeals to beauty consumers.
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google, and e-commerce platforms.
Skilled in content planning, copywriting, and campaign execution.
Strong analytical skills to measure engagement and brand visibility.
Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
