Job description

We are a growing kids' fashion company dedicated to creating stylish, comfortable, and high-quality apparel for children.

With a focus on creativity, quality, and customer experience, we are expanding our brand presence both online and offline.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Marketing Executive/ Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and drive impactful marketing campaigns to grow our customer base and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Brand Marketing, Campaigns & Promotions

  • Develop and execute monthly and annual brand campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales (online and offline).

  • Plan and implement seasonal launches, promotional activities, and festive campaigns.

  • Create marketing calendars, manage campaign timelines, and ensure smooth execution.

  • Work with internal teams and external vendors (designers, printers, event organizers, contractors) to ensure campaigns are well-coordinated.

  • Support visual merchandising and in-store displays, including coordination of seasonal window changeovers and POS materials.

  • Ensure brand identity, tone, and visual consistency across all touchpoints.

2.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Collaborate with digital marketing agency to strategize and manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook/ Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, etc.

  • Plan and curate engaging content for social media platforms aligned with brand voice.

  • Manage email marketing, CRM, customer data base and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.

  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations.

  • Respond to messages and inquiries on email and social channels to maintain strong customer interaction.

3.

E-commerce & Online Store Management

  • Manage and update the Shopify online store, including product uploads, banners, visuals, and copywriting.

  • Coordinate and execute E-commerce campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

  • Work closely with merchandiser to ensure new arrivals and collections are showcased online on time.

  • Monitor key metrics: website traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, abandoned carts, etc.

4.

Retail & Event Marketing

  • Collaborate with retail teams on in-store promotions, pop-ups, and events.

  • Design, monitor, and coordinate the production of promotional materials (signage, posters) for all sales and marketing purposes.

  • Coordinate with mall management/landlords to participate in mall-wide promotions and submit campaign details/artwork on time.

5.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with retail teams and merchandiser to align marketing calendars with product drops, inventory, and retail promotions.

  • Liaise with Brand Owner for seasonal receipt of window display guidelines, product images and marketing materials.

6.

Procurement Management

  • Coordinate and place orders for marketing materials and brand packaging (e.g. shopping bags, stickers, gift boxes) with the Brand Owner.

  • Manage the procurement and tracking of GWP items.

7.

Consumer Insights & Market Research

  • Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, competitor campaigns, and kids' fashion trends to identify new opportunities.

  • Suggest improvements to the marketing strategy based on feedback and insights.

8.

Budget & Performance Tracking

  • Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.

  • Analyze campaign performance reports and ROI metrics.

  • Use data to recommend improvements for future campaigns and overall marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.

  • Good working knowledge of E-commerce (Shopify), digital marketing and social media management.

  • Experience in campaign management and influencer collaborations.

  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and/or Canva.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong in analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.

  • Passionate, creative and highly committed with a positive attitude.
