Job Description: Senior Marketing Manager – Futures Trading Platform
We're not just looking for someone to optimise campaigns.
We're looking for a builder — someone who can design, test, and scale the growth engine of an entire business.
As a senior marketing manager, you will be working closely with Product, Design, Back Office to grow our trading platform.

You'll be the one writing the playbook and shaping how we grow from day one.
What you'll do
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Own the annual marketing plan and performance tracking.
Campaign Management
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, partnerships).
- Optimise campaigns for ROI, leveraging data-driven insights.
Brand & Content
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Oversee content creation (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos).
Digital Marketing
- Manage paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), SEO/SEM, and email automation.
- Track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital acquisition (fintech or trading is a plus).
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving user growth — whether from zero to traction or scaling an existing product to new heights.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building where nothing exists yet.
- Both a strategist and an operator — you can design the system and run it.
