As Senior Marketing Manager for Robotics, you will be part of the Group Communications & Marketing (GCM) team, supporting Certis’ Robotics unit.
You will shape and amplify the positioning of Certis’ robotics and AI-enabled operations, ensuring cohesive storytelling across corporate, partner, and industry platforms.
You will lead marketing initiatives from campaigns and content development to partner co-marketing and event support, closely collaborating with the Robotics team.
This role is key to demonstrating how Certis’ innovations integrate people, processes, and technology to deliver Safer, Smarter, Better outcomes.
In addition, you will drive ecosystem engagement and measurable commercial impact by building alliances with universities, startups, and industry bodies, developing digital-first demand generation programmes, and supporting sales enablement with clear success metrics.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Campaigns and Positioning
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Robotics initiatives aligned with the overall Certis brand strategy.
- Develop positioning and messaging that translate complex robotics and AI capabilities into compelling, customer-relevant stories.
- Establish campaign KPIs, monitor performance, and optimise outcomes through data-driven recommendations.
Content and Collateral Development
- Produce marketing collateral including brochures, case studies, videos, digital content, and sales enablement materials.
- Drive thought leadership through articles, success stories, and internal showcases highlighting Certis’ robotics milestones.
- Ensure creative output is brand-consistent and visually impactful by collaborating with Group Studio.
Ecosystem and Partner Marketing
- Build and maintain alliances with universities, startups, and industry associations to strengthen Certis’ position in the robotics and AI ecosystem.
- Lead joint marketing programmes with technology partners and industry bodies, including co-branded campaigns, whitepapers, and showcases.
- Represent Robotics at key events and forums, ensuring strong brand presence and narrative consistency.
Digital Demand Generation
- Develop and manage digital-first demand generation programmes using SEO/SEM, webinars, immersive demos, and lead-conversion strategies.
- Track marketing’s contribution to qualified leads, pipeline influence, and customer engagement.
- Optimise campaigns across web, social, and paid channels in collaboration with GCM digital specialists.
Events and Partner Marketing
- Support Robotics showcases at key industry events, coordinating booth and demo experiences including interactive displays.
- Partner with external organisations on joint marketing deliverables such as co-branded content, whitepapers, and publicity campaigns.
Media and Corporate Communications
- Manage media engagement, press releases, and prepare Robotics spokespeople for interviews and panels.
- Act as the key liaison between the Robotics team and GCM for issues management relating to Robotics.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, innovation, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for a B2B audience.
- Experience in ecosystem engagement (universities, startups, industry associations) and partner co-marketing.
- Familiarity with digital demand generation strategies including SEO/SEM, webinars, immersive demos, and lead conversion funnels.
- Proficient in digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, search tools, and social analytics to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
