Senior Marketing Manager Opportunity
As a Senior Marketing Manager, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic person to lead Suu Balm’s brand growth and marketing excellence in Singapore.
This role will be responsible for defining and executing the overall marketing strategy, driving brand equity, and leading a high-performing team to deliver business impact across multiple channels.
What you’ll get to do
- Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and market share.
- Build and position the brand in a competitive FMCG landscape, leveraging consumer insights and market trends.
- Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and performance excellence.
- Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, retail, and experiential platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring measurable ROI and business growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Supply Chain, R&D) to deliver seamless go-to-market strategies and impactful product launches.
What you’ll need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role within FMCG.
- Proven track record of delivering brand growth and leading integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing, with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
