Mechanical Design Engineer in our R&D team , you will play a key role in developing next-generation semiconductor automation equipment.
You will transform ideas into prototypes, lead design explorations, and work closely with cross-functional experts to push the boundaries of precision engineering.

Job Description
Conceptualize, design, and prototype high-precision semiconductor automation equipment and modules.
Drive design standardization, cost optimization, and project management for R&D initiatives.
Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and concurrent engineering principles to ensure robust and efficient designs.
Develop and validate pneumatic/hydraulic circuits, high-speed pick-and-place mechanisms, and ultra-precision systems.
Produce detailed fabrication, assembly, and layout drawings using 3D CAD tools (CREO preferred, SolidWorks/other CAD acceptable).
Perform structural, kinematic, and dynamic analysis, including FEA simulations and tolerance stack-ups.
Collaborate with software, electronics, and vision engineering teams to integrate designs into full system solutions.
Support prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and design iterations in R&D.
Contribute to continuous innovation through design improvements, patent filings, and knowledge sharing.
Provide technical support at customer sites when required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical design, preferably in automation or semiconductor equipment.
Strong 3D CAD modeling skills (CREO preferred, SolidWorks/other platforms welcome).
Proven track record in:
High-speed motion mechanisms
Structural/kinematics/dynamic analysis and FEA
Geometric dimensioning & tolerance analysis
Engineering materials selection & troubleshooting
Experience with design analysis tools (FMEA, DOE, simulations)
Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
