The Opportunity
We're looking for a self-driven Senior Occupational Therapist who thinks creatively and loves bringing fresh ideas to pediatric therapy.

What You'll Create & Participate in
- Create therapy spaces and programs that are both effective and engaging
- Develop fresh approaches for clinic, preschool, and primary school environments
- Bring new ideas to service development and program enhancement
Transform Children's Lives
- Deliver engaging, child-led therapy for developmental, sensory-motor, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans that unlock each child's potential
- Adapt your approach to meet children where they are—whereever they feel most comfortable
- Monitor progress and celebrate every breakthrough with families
- Build strong rapport through patience, warmth, and genuine connection
Champion School-Based Success
- Conduct school observations and developmental screenings where needed
- Collaborate closely with educators, providing practical strategies that work
- Deliver impactful training and consultations to educators
- Work with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists and educators
Empower Families as Partners
- Coach parents with practical strategies that build their confidence
- Create home programs that fit naturally into busy family routines
- Lead parent workshops that are both informative and empowering
- Maintain open, proactive communication throughout the therapy journey
Lead with Vision
- Provide supervision and mentorship to junior therapists
- Serve as a resource for complex or challenging cases
- Contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives
- Help us develop creative solutions that make therapy more accessible

You're someone who:

Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy (AHPC-recognized program)
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification pediatric OT experience
- Full AHPC registration with valid Practising Certificate
- Strong clinical skills and understanding of child development
- Proven ability to collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams
- Natural warmth and ability to connect with children, families, and teachers
- Supervision and mentoring experience
Bonus:
- Experience designing therapy programs or spaces
- Background working in Singapore preschool or primary school settings
- Understanding of local MOE school systems and curriculum
- Experience conducting school-based observations, screenings, and training
- Fluency in local languages (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) in addition to English
- Specialization in pediatric areas (sensory integration, feeding, autism spectrum disorder, school readiness)
- Track record of developing innovative therapy approaches
- Active SAOT membership
