Job Responsibilities
PC Setup and Configuration:
Assist with day-to-day helpdesk support.
Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Set up new computers with initial settings.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and support PCs.
Helpdesk Functions:
Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Coordinate with system vendors to resolve technical issues and maintenance.
Collaborate with the headquarters IT team to ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and standards.
Job Requirements
Education: Degree or Diploma in IT, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience:
Basic knowledge of Windows OS.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
Business-level Japanese language skills to communicate effectively with vendors and HQ.
