Job description

JOB SCOPE

  • Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement and event strategies, programs and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Identify key engagement drivers to create new or make improvements to existing events to address them.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance engagement strategies and programs.
  • Develop event concepts, themes and detailed plan with purpose, goals, budget, and logistics.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics such as catering, entertainment, location etc.
  • Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials for events.
  • Develop and maintain communication plans to promote engagement initiatives and keep employees informed.
  • Ensure events are effectively promoted through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
  • Prepare and present event reports, including financial summaries.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback and identify trends and areas for improvement for future events.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and management, with track record of successful events.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
