- Maintain product yield specification on finished products, ensuring compliance with company policies and provincial/federal legislation.
- Develop accurate daily and weekly production plans that meet food quality, safety, and workplace safety requirements.
- Ensure the production schedule meets customer demands.
- Promote a results-driven work culture with effective leadership and teamwork.
- Conduct training sessions for Food & Beverage employees and contribute to departmental meetings.
- Oversee preparation, presentation, and service of Food and Beverage products under pressure.
