Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Oracle IAM solutions to meet complex business and security requirements.
Lead application onboarding into Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), including connector configuration, provisioning workflows, and access policies.
Implement custom user interfaces and enhancements using Oracle ADF.
Develop and maintain Oracle SOA composites for workflow automation and system integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable IAM solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Oracle IAM components and integrations for performance and reliability.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Around 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 7+ years specializing in Oracle IAM (OIM/OAM).
Hands-on experience with application onboarding into OIM.
Proficiency in Oracle ADF and SOA Suite development.
Experience working with financial services clients, with a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven IAM requirements.
Demonstrated ability in requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
