Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Oracle IAM solutions to meet complex business and security requirements.
- Lead application onboarding into Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), including connector configuration, provisioning workflows, and access policies.
- Implement custom user interfaces and enhancements using Oracle ADF.
- Develop and maintain Oracle SOA composites for workflow automation and system integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable IAM solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Oracle IAM components and integrations for performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Around 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 7+ years specializing in Oracle IAM (OIM/OAM).
- Hands-on experience with application onboarding into OIM.
- Proficiency in Oracle ADF and SOA Suite development.
- Experience working with financial services clients, with a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven IAM requirements.
- Demonstrated ability in requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
