Job Summary
As a Lead/Senior Application Developer (PEGA), you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring enterprise-grade PEGA applications to meet business process and application requirements.
You will act as a subject matter expert, leading by example and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
You will oversee technical decisions, mentor team members, and contribute to solution design and implementation strategies.
Your role includes driving innovation, ensuring system performance, and maintaining strong alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and configure PEGA applications to meet complex business requirements.
Lead solution design sessions and provide architectural recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Ensure adherence to PEGA best practices and application design standards.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure quality deliverables.
Manage application configurations, integrations, and release management processes.
Mentor and guide junior PEGA developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
Contribute to technical decisions that influence multiple teams and projects.
Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and meet project needs.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PEGA development.
PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) certification is mandatory.
Strong experience in PEGA platform design, implementation, and performance optimization.
Proven expertise in Design & Build Enablement and Configuration & Release Management.
Ability to manage team deliverables, make key design decisions, and ensure timely delivery.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or higher.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps tools for PEGA applications.
Prior experience working in a secure or government environment.
