What you'll do
- Build integrated media plans that map to business goals, not vanity metrics.
- Run full-funnel structures with clean tracking, solid audiences, and sharp creative inputs.
- Analyse performance, call the story, and recommend next moves with expected impact.
- Manage pacing, forecasting, and cross-channel budget trade-offs.
- Design and run sensible tests.
Kill what doesn't work, scale what does.
- Partner tightly with Account Managers, Creative, and ARC teams for faster creative-test cycles.
- Coach juniors on execution quality and thinking.
What you bring (Must-have)
- Min.
3 years hands-on in at least two of: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proven full-funnel execution.
You know when to simplify structure and when to split.
You understand customer journeys, - GA4 fluency and data literacy.
Comfortable with pivots, lookups, basic dashboards.
- Strong written and verbal comms.
You can explain what happened and what we'll do next.
- Detail-minded, reliable, calm under pressure.
Solid budget and pacing discipline.
- Know how to utilise AI to optimise workflows and processes, but not over-reliant.
Nice to have (Bonus)
- Programmatic experience: DV360 or managed-service DSPs.
- Digital platforms exposure: Baidu, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Apple Search Ads, X Ads etc.
- Incrementality testing, simple budget models, Microsoft Clarity or similar UX tools.
