Senior Product Manager, Digital Business

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance management of our learning portfolio across online and classroom-based products, including content partnerships, product bundles, and the exam preparation business unit.

This role owns the P&L and drives growth through data-led decisions, strategic collaborations, and innovative product development.

  • Own full P&L responsibility across assigned product lines (Content Partnerships, Bundles, and Exam Business Unit).

  • Develop annual business plans and revenue targets aligned with company objectives.

  • Conceptualize and launch innovative product bundles for mass market and enterprise segments, driving both subscriptions and enterprise sales.

  • Design and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies for both new and existing products to support subscription and revenue growth.

Content Management

  • Manage and build strong relationships with current and potential content providers to foster long-term collaborations.

  • Identify and onboard new content partners to expand the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) ecosystem and classroom course library.

  • Negotiate partnership terms, licensing models, and co-marketing opportunities, working closely with Legal to drive contractual process.

  • Plan and implement content roadmaps, ensuring a wide-ranging, scalable, and relevant content offering on LXP.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to drive adoption of partner content through campaigns and enterprise engagements.

  • Oversee content curation quality to align with market trends and meet the evolving needs of enterprise clients.

Product Bundling & Innovation

  • Design and roll out multi-channel learning bundles integrating classroom, online, and assessment components.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Digital Business, Marketing, Tech) to ensure seamless learner journeys and product delivery.

  • Pilot new monetisation models (e.g., CPD credits, subscription tiers, certification tracks).

Exam Business Unit Management

  • Oversee the performance of the exam business line, including certification, licensing, and regulatory exam prep courses.

  • Streamline learner onboarding, exam scheduling, and certification workflows for operational efficiency.

  • Identify new growth areas through partnerships with industry bodies and professional associations.

  • Manage exam business P&L, ensuring profitability while maintaining compliance and learner satisfaction.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Prepare quarterly business reviews highlighting achievements, risks, and strategic next steps.

  • Provide regular updates, insights, and business reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, product management or related field.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in product management or business leadership experience, preferably in education, edtech, or digital content ecosystems.

  • Proven track record managing P&L and delivering commercial results.

  • Strong business acumen with proven experience in managing digital content portfolios, product strategy, and commercial and operational execution.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Growth mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
