Responsibilities
Understand the competitive payment & fraud landscape in local markets, discover market insights and identify customer pain points
Act as payment & fraud expert / consultant for the product internally and externally, and as the primary product contact for queries related to the product
Partner with finance and business stakeholders in evaluating payment gateway/acquiring related objectives and needs
Manage payment partners & fraud solution providers in any product related engagement to build innovative payments products for our customers
Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics and customer-facing teams, manage configurations, develop best practice processes and deliver future enhancements
Review and analyze existing payment systems & fraud tools and data for its effectiveness, drive system enhancements, upgrades and modifications
Lead the design, resource management, implementation and support of new modules in payment systems & fraud tools
Ensure documentation and procedures are complete
Provide leadership that adheres to company's culture and standards that values teamwork, innovation, and customer service
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
At least 5 years of related experience
Experience working in a MNC and within a matrix organization, eCommerce background is a plus
Experience in payment processing, acquiring, and fraud management strongly preferred
Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese for liaison with regional stakeholders
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills are required to present strategies and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent project management skills and ability to effectively juggle multiple projects at one time and meet project deadlines
Demonstrated track record of process improvements and desire to implement best practices
Obsessed about continuous product improvement
