About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale programs that protect our platform and community.
In this role, you will design and scale moderation workflows, ensuring policies are translated into effective, compliant, and globally scalable processes.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and deliver impactful initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings deep program management expertise, a strong understanding of moderation systems, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and operational challenges in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive alignment across cross-functional partners to deliver against platform responsibility metrics.
Establish clear operating rhythms, track progress against key performance indicators, and facilitate timely interventions as needed;
- Provide end-to-end program management for high-priority projects such as AI Moderation and Human Quality Enhancement.
Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with broader safety and trust objectives;
- Lead initiatives focused on managing global moderation resourcing to identify efficiencies and ensure responsible use of moderation spend while safeguarding platform integrity;
- Act swiftly on time-sensitive matters affecting platform safety.
Coordinate across internal teams to ensure structured responses and executive-level visibility;
- Liaise with Public Policy, Public Relations, Legal and Trust & Safety to support the development and communication of our platform safety and responsibility narratives—internally and externally.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of program management experience, including at least 3 years in Trust & Safety functions.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and scaling human and machine moderation workflows, balancing efficiency with policy compliance.
- Strong track record in managing large, cross-functional programs across operations, policy, product, and engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate Trust & Safety policies into scalable operational processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory standards.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making, including defining KPIs, analyzing moderation outcomes, and driving continuous improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and align diverse teams toward common goals.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and deliver under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (., MBA, Public Policy, or related field) with a focus on technology, risk, or governance.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered moderation systems, including training data quality, classifier performance, and model-human handoff design.
- Deep understanding of global Trust & Safety regulations (., DSA, GDPR, online safety acts) and how they impact moderation workflows.
- Strong background in change management, driving adoption of new moderation tools, workflows, or compliance frameworks across global teams.
- Experience working in high-scale consumer technology platforms (., social media, marketplaces, gaming, or fintech) with complex safety needs.
- Ability to work across multiple geographies and time zones, with cultural sensitivity in building moderation standards for global audiences.
