RESPONSIBILITIES
Programme Planning & Delivery
Plan, organise, and implement caregiver outreach programmes, workshops, and community engagement sessions.
Ensure sessions are interactive, impactful, and aligned with the goals of the It Takes a Village initiative.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers, community partners, and volunteers.
Recruit and support caregivers and organisations to join the caregiver support network and lead support groups.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Track participation, attendance, and feedback to assess programme effectiveness.
Contribute to continuous improvement of programme design based on feedback.
Operational & Administrative Support
Coordinate logistics, venues, and materials for outreach sessions.

Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows:
