Job Description Coordinate and manage investment committee meetings, including documentation, follow-ups, and action tracking.
Maintain the investment approvals database, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting.
Streamline investment documentation and review processes in collaboration with project and review teams.
Oversee investment tracking and ensure timely execution of regular reviews (monthly, quarterly, or by type).
Update and enforce compliance with governance frameworks and procedures.
Monitor capital commitments and support post-investment reviews, including lessons learned documentation.
Collaborate with IT to develop a digital platform for investment approvals, enhancing automation, data centralization, and process efficiency.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or Engineering.
5 - 8 years of experience in corporate project planning and project management.
Experience in investment analysis and financial modeling is preferred.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Strong communication skills, capable of producing senior-level reports and presentations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive processes independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
