Job Responsibilities:
1.
Project Execution and Site Planning
- Plan, schedule, and oversee on-site installation of related system and services.
- Assist in preparing material BOQs, selecting equipment, and recommending installation methods.
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.

Stakeholder Coordination- Work closely with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Attend coordination and progress meetings to resolve technical and scheduling issues.
- Supervise site activities including sub-contracted works and workforce deployment.
- Monitor site progress, resource allocation, and material usage to prevent wastage.
3.
Regulatory & Safety Compliance- Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations (e.g. NEA, PUB, EMA, SCDF).
- Conduct site safety inspections and implement corrective actions when risks are identified.
4.
Testing, Commissioning & Troubleshooting- Liaise with consultants and RE/RTOs for inspections, testing, and commissioning.
- Lead the testing and commissioning of systems to verify safety and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation or commissioning.
5.
Documentation & Reporting- Prepare and manage project documentation including drawings, material records, inspection reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure proper documentation for authority submissions and project handover.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
Certifications:- Valid safety certifications (e.g., Supervise Construction Work for WSH (BCSS) and etc.).
- Licensed Plumber, Licensed Gas Worker, Licensed Electrical Worker certification is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge:
· Strong understanding of respective service and system.
· Familiarity with local codes, standards, and authority submission processes.
Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM is an advantage.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
