Job Description:
Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
Liaise with consultants, client & main/ sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement, design submission and work progress supervision
Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing/ final approved drawing from authorities
Lead a team of supervisors/ foreman for works coordination with main/ sub-contractors and/ or authorities and/ or consultant on project progress and technical issues
Assist in preparation of method statement and construction sequence for project implementation
Assist Project Manager in Project Costing, monthly progress claims and monthly progress report
Support Quantity Surveyor (QS) in verifying progress payments and claims
Coordinating the hand-over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works
Qualifications
Candidate must possesses Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
At least 4-6 years of working experience in the related field is required
