Responsibilities
Attend weekly on-site project meetings with clients.
Attend monthly site safety meetings with clients.
Attend monthly payment collection meetings at the office.
Prepare detailed project schedules aligned with client master programs.
Monitor progress to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
Manage and process purchase requisitions and documentation via SAP, including Goods Receipt (GR), Service Receipt (SR), and project costing reports.
Prepare and submit local purchase catalogues and sample boards to consultants.
Prepare and submit site reports as requested.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local regulatory codes.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of site activities and issues.
Liaise with clients to arrange access procedures and routine job duty procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
Minimum 5 years of working experience in project management within the construction or vertical transportation industry is an advantage.
Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
Working knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage.
Good planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills in both spoken and written English.
Able to work independently and in teams, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Customer‐oriented with good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to work in a construction site environment.
