This role is for a full-time resource to manage office fit-out and/or regional engineering projects (that cover upgrade of critical systems, including UPS, chillers, variously scaled cooling systems, and general engineering upgrade projects as part of office fit outs), for one of Arup's key global clients.
In this role you will be the face of Arup, working proactively with the client and responsible for managing resources, timelines, budgets, risks, communications and reporting to meet their objectives and deliver tangible value to Arup and the client.
You will work with other Arup program and project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, sharing insights and delivering success.
The Opportunity
• Deliverclient-sideregional office fit-out and engineeringprojects,bothforexistingsystemsandnewbuildprojects.
• Act as single point of contact within the client’s project team while supporting internal coordination within the client’s workstreams such as Engineering, Security, IT and Facilities to ensure project is well coordinated and successfully delivered
• Oversees the entire project lifecycle, from inception and feasibility through design, construction, and final handover.
• Liaise with key client stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of set project outcomes.

Is this role right for you?
• 5-10 years of experience in Project Management or Advisory roles within the consulting sector or a client organization.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, architecture, business, or a related field.
• Professional accreditation such as AiPM, Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM), PMP, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage project time, quality, and performance effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare impactful project reports for clients.
