Job Purpose:
The Senior Project Manager leads enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with a focus on establishing Global Business Services (GBS) and managing strategic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) engagements.
This role combines strong project leadership with operational expertise to deliver scalable solutions, enhance service delivery, and optimize global processes.
Acting as a strategic partner, the Senior Project Manager works across functions and geographies to embed governance, drive change management, and ensure transformation outcomes align with business strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Transformation Projects – Drive cross-functional initiatives, including the setup, scaling, and optimization of Global Business Services across geographies.
- Manage Business Process Transitions – Oversee end-to-end migration of processes, ensuring seamless change management and business continuity.
- Establish Governance & Operating Models – Develop and implement governance frameworks, performance metrics, and operating structures to enable global service delivery.
- Oversee BPO Engagements – Support vendor selection, negotiate contracts, and manage BPO partnerships to ensure SLA compliance, performance optimization, and value delivery.
- Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with senior leaders across finance, HR, IT, and operations to align transformation initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
- Project Planning & Reporting – Create project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments; track progress through metrics; and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
What You'll Bring:
- Education & Credentials – Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (MBA and/or PMP certification preferred).
- Experience – 8+ years in project management, including at least 5 years leading large-scale transformation or GBS-related programs; proven success in establishing GBS entities across regions.
- BPO & Vendor Management – Strong track record in engaging third-party providers, from onboarding and governance to performance optimization.
- Change & Process Excellence – Expertise in change management, process redesign, and operational excellence.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies is a plus.
- Leadership & Influence – Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels and translate strategy into action.
- Technical & Analytical Skills – Proficiency with project management and analytics tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, portfolio management platforms); strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
