Job Summary
As a key position within the AI Service Division, this role is responsible for managing AI infrastructure design and setup projects, and leading cross‐functional teams and external partners to meet the cost, timeline, and quality commitments.
Job Responsibilities
Pre‐sale Tech Support
Responsible for pre‐sales solution design for AI servers and related hardware products.
Manage POC testing, performance optimization, and technical verification to ensure solutions meet customers' business objectives.
Deployment Support
Manage AI Infrastructure deployment projects with the following responsibilities:
Manage team to complete design review.
Manage team to conduct the deployment site survey.
Manage team to complete cabling point‐to‐point plan.
Develop the project plan, conduct the project kick‐off.
Manage the project cost, schedule, and issues.
Manage the project multi‐tier communications.
Manage the project deliverables.
Maintenance Support
Diagnose the detected issues of AI infrastructure and identify the root cause.
Fix the failures/errors by H/W replacement, software upgrade or other workarounds.
Escalate to vendor if requires extra support.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, Information Engineering, or related fields.
Familiar with mainstream server hardware architectures (CPU/GPU, memory, storage, network) and have in‐depth understanding of computing platforms such as NVIDIA, Intel, and AMD.
Over 5 years of experience in IT systems integration project management.
Experience in managing or participating in the large‐scale deployment of Nvidia AI infrastructure, including one of these three products (B200, GB200 or GB300).
Must have a good team spirit, strong learning ability, and a customer‐centric mindset.
Good English reading and writing skills, able to read English technical documents and conduct basic oral communication.
Hold a PMP certification, PRINCE2 certification, or other equivalent project management certifications.
