Reporting to: Corporate Supply Chain Manager (Singapore HQ)
Location: Singapore (Head Office)
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Sourcing & Development
Conduct market research and sourcing of construction materials, equipment, and related services for ongoing projects.
Procurement Execution & Coordination
Assist in price inquiry, comparison, negotiation, and contract recommendation.
- Follow up on procurement processes to ensure compliance with project schedule, quality standards, and company policies.
Supply Chain Management Support
Support centralized procurement and framework agreements, and facilitate the implementation of standardized processes across projects.
- Coordinate closely with the HQ supply chain team on approvals, import clearance, and delivery of materials.
Supplier Evaluation & Compliance
Participate in supplier performance evaluation and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Assist in resolving issues and disputes between site teams and suppliers/subcontractors.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project material management.
Experience with construction materials/equipment is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong ability in sourcing, price comparison, and negotiation.
- Familiar with procurement compliance and project material workflows.
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP/procurement system experience preferred.

- Responsible, adaptable, and able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
- Good Chinese and English language skills for communications with Chinese suppliers or partners.
