Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Senior Engineer/Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s quality, environmental, energy, occupational health & safety, and information security management systems in compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27000.
This role ensures that business operations meet regulatory, customer, and internal requirements while driving continuous improvement in sustainability, safety, efficiency, and data security.
Key Responsibilities
Quality & Compliance Management
Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27000 standards.
Lead the certification and surveillance audit processes with external certification bodies.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
Establish, monitor, and review KPIs to measure performance and compliance across quality, safety, energy, environmental, and information security management systems.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits, ensuring timely closure of non‐conformities.
ISO Standards Management
ISO 9001 (Quality Management):
Ensure products and services consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Drive process standardization, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
ISO 14001 (Environmental Management):
Manage environmental aspects, impacts, and compliance with environmental legislation.
Drive initiatives on waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability.
ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety):
Implement safety management practices to minimize workplace risks and incidents.
Promote a proactive safety culture through training, awareness, and reporting systems.
ISO 27000 (Information Security Management):
Oversee policies, controls, and risk assessments to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Implement corrective actions to address vulnerabilities and strengthen cybersecurity posture.
Leadership & Training
Lead and mentor the QA/QC, HSE, and Compliance teams to ensure effective implementation of standards.
Deliver training, workshops, and awareness programs on ISO standards and compliance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.
Risk & Continuous Improvement
Identify risks and opportunities related to quality, environment, energy, safety, and information security.
Develop mitigation strategies and action plans.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, IT Security, or related discipline.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Compliance roles, with at least 3–5 years in managerial capacity.
Lead Auditor/Implementer certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001 (preferred).
Strong knowledge of integrated management systems (IMS).
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
