The Senior Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment across the APAC region, focusing on attracting and hiring top talent to support our commercial, technical, and corporate functions.
This role will act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while strengthening the employer brand in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries in APAC, covering commercial, technical, operations, and corporate roles.
- Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver on hiring objectives.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping within the healthcare and medical device industry.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects company values.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
- Leverage recruitment technologies, data, and analytics to drive efficiencies and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Manage relationships with external search partners and recruitment vendors as needed.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of recruitment experience, preferably with regional APAC coverage.
- Prior in-house recruitment experience with a multinational company, ideally in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
- Excellent sourcing and talent mapping skills, with a strong grasp of digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse geographies and cultures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and Mandarin is required, to support the Greater China local teams.
