Senior Recruiter | AI Company
Frazer Jones is exclusively partnering with a market-leading AI solutions company, in their search for a Senior Recruiter.

This role will be instrumental in supporting the company to scale up by hiring top tier talents (specifically for the commercial teams) across Asia-Pacific.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore (Base: 96k/annum).

Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for all commercial roles across the region.

Leveraging on your strong network of contacts and candidates across the following functions: Business Development, Account Management, you will have a keen eye for talent who will value-add to the company’s growth trajectory.

While there is an emphasis on recruitment for commercial roles, you will also have the opportunity to recruit for other positions across Tech, Finance, HR as required.

You will partner closely with hiring managers to shape and define role requirements, as well as to build and maintain a strong pipeline of talents.

Typically, as the first point of contact that candidates have with the company, you will be the employer brand ambassador to ensure a seamless, engaging and positive candidate experience.

Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to hiring for commercial roles such as sales/business development.

Candidates with prior experience as a commercial recruiter in an agency/search firm are welcome to apply.

Experience in AI, SaaS, eCommerce or other high-growth tech environments is advantageous.

You should be able to confidently articulate your track record and demonstrate your stakeholder management and communication skills.
