As a Senior Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:

  • Being an expert in the technology domain to help people reach their career goals.

  • Aligning your candidates' career aspirations with our clients' hiring needs by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations.

  • ·Building relationships with people in the market through face-to-face, phone, and video meetings.

  • Proactively introducing candidates to clients to uncover new opportunities for them.

  • ·Staying up to date on recruiting trends and best practices in the IT space.

  • Working with your team members to build a collaborative, supportive, and friendly culture.

  • Identify and act on opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, drive efficiency, and deliver better results for the team.

  • Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices and helping them grow their skills and confidence in the recruitment process

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing—ideally within the technology space
  • Proven track record in sourcing, client management, and successfully closing roles across various levels
  • Strong consultative skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and hiring decisions
  • Passion for business development and building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach
  • Interest in mentoring others and contribute to the growth of junior team members and overall team development
  • Comfortable operating independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
