Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' hiring needs and provide consultative recruitment advice.
- Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct candidate interviews, assess suitability, and prepare shortlisted profiles for clients.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
- Track market trends to identify business opportunities and improve recruitment strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior recruitment consultants to achieve performance targets.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of successful placements and client development.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Familiar with Singapore MOM (Ministry of Manpower) regulations and employment practices.
